Data we collect
Through the form we may collect your first and last name, email address, language and message. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that communication is also governed by the terms of that service.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to answer your enquiry, arrange a session and take pre-contractual steps requested by you. The legal basis is your request and the consent you provide when submitting the form.
Service providers and recipients
The form uses FormSubmit to deliver your message by email. FormSubmit processes the information needed to provide that service. Technical hosting and email providers may also process limited data.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to answer the enquiry, manage the relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. It is then deleted or restricted for legally required periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent, by emailing info@privatefootball.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Children
If the enquiry concerns a child, the form should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly request children's data without their representative's involvement.
Security and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect information. This policy may be updated when our services or legal obligations change.
